Latte has been thru a lot in his first year of life.  He suffers from megacolon, which may have stunted his growth.  Medicine has been managing this very well lately.  His eyes are too small for his eye sockets, but he sees fine!  Latte loves cuddles and snuggles—he is just a joy!
