A recent arrival to Little Shelter, she has already managed to charm everyone she meets with her outgoing, carefree attitude towards life. Quite clever, she knows all the basics, such as how to sit and give paw. Chloe also “speaks” upon request, which makes the trip through the Starbucks drive-through as easy as pie….Puppachinos for everyone!
