Preferring to go by simply Arthur, this down-to-earth fellow has been winning the hearts of all who cross his path with his gallant manners, and open, welcoming personality. Brave and true (like all dogs!), he is best friend material, wrapped up in one tidy Terrier package! Dreaming of what could be, Arthur is hoping for a home and family all his own…and it begins with a visit to your favorite shelter!
